Looking to sell my rock crawler. It is a full tube chassis 2 seat buggy I built in 2005.Here are some specs:
- 2 seat chassis built out of all 1.75" DOM Tubing – .125 and .136 wall – all cross braced – takes a roll real nice…
- Mercedes Unimog 404 Axles – 7.56:1 Gears – Cable Activated Lockers – about 5" more ground clearance than Dana 60 -
- PSC Hydraulic Steering
- Front and rear 4-link suspension with Rock Equipment (TK1 Racing) nitrogen shocks and 1"x1.25" Heim Joints – Coil-over coils installed on front – have hardware for rear ones as well – just rebuilt shocks. Heim joints are all still pretty tight.
- 351W Engine – Trick Flow aluminum heads – running on propane (engine built to take advantage of propane qualities) – Ford Motorsport ceramic coated headers – rear mounted radiator and fan
- C6 Automatic Transmission – Art Carr Shifter – KluneV under drive (2.6:1) – NP205 transfer case w/billet bearing retainers – Twin Stick shifters
- 42" Interco Irok tires on custom recentered 12 bolt H1 Wheels – Tires are rough, but still work great!
- Winches on front and rear – Front is a T-Max 9500 – Rear is a T-Max 6500 – both have 3/8" Viking Synthetic Rope on them and work great.
- Will include full set of spare Unimog Portals at asking price. These are getting hard to find, and are pretty expensive if you have to get one yourself…
